I am a long-established building contractor committed to the use of traditional skills, materials and construction methods. Now based in Malmesbury, I have previously completed projects throughout Pembrokeshire, Carmarthenshire, Ceredigion and most recently in Draethen and the Cardiff Area.

 

I have a wealth of experience of period properties, many of which are listed. I specialise in the restoration of traditional stone and lime mortar buildings. I am a member of ‘The Society for the Protection of Ancient Buildings’ (S.P.A.B).

 

I have been in the building profession for more than 30 years and for the last 20 years have specialised in traditional construction methods. My objective is to sensitively refurbish and update property in order to achieve a traditional appearance.

 

I can provide specialist expertise and design advice. I have extensive experience of Planning Departments and Building Control Requirements and issues. I am very familiar with the processes required by CADW. I also undertake new build projects using traditional and contemporary construction methods.

 

England & Wales have a unique architectural heritage. I like to think that the properties I work on are part of that heritage and will survive for many more years into the future.
